Halsey Festival
The Newark Artist Collaboration was excited to join the Halsey Festival, where the community came together in our historic downtown neighborhood to celebrate local makers. Artists Dahlia Elsayed and Gabriel Ribeiro were on hand at their Raise Your Voice installations, where visitors got to listen to clips of Audible Originals by Newark storytellers while diving deeper into the artworks inspired by them. Families made their marks on a colorful communal mural and learned more about NAC’s ongoing arts programs.
